It’s a free event but you will have to pay for meals and materials for your project. A donation is always welcome if you have a good time!
To get the full experience we would recommend joining us for all three days. We know it’s a commitment that some people can’t afford so even if you can’t make it all three days you can join in and we will catch you up on what’s happening.
This year the event is being held at Studio C in Sasazuka [ link ]
The venue only allows for 30 people so sign-up on our Facebook page early.
This is an international / global event so some parts will be in English but we will be explaining all of it in Japanese.
We suggest you bring a pen, paper, maybe a laptop or camera and please do not forget to bring an open mind and creative ideas.
CycleHack TOKYO は無料で参加できるイベントです。けれど、９月16日（土）のお昼や、プロジェクトに使う材料などはご自身でご用意いただきます。楽しい時間を過ごせた方はぜひ、寄付のご協力もお願いいたします。
３日間全てに参加いただくのがベストですが、スケジュールを調整するのが難しい方もいると思います。全ての日程に参加できなくても、現場のスタッフが進行状況などを説明いたしますので、できる範囲で参加してみてください。

CycleHack TOKYOはグローバルなイベントですので、内容の一部は英語になります。けれど、説明などは日本語でいたしますので、ご安心ください。
筆記用具やノート、パソコン、カメラなどを持ってきてください。もちろん、オープンマインドとクリエイティブなアイデアもお忘れなく！
